Project Summary
Car Trackers (thecartrackers.com) is an online car-buying platform based in Anaheim, CA, where customers sell their vehicles by submitting car details, completing a 10-minute video call appraisal, and receiving same-day pickup and payment. Car Trackers also helps customers find and apply for a new vehicle after selling. Hatzs partnered with Car Trackers to build two Salesforce-based automations: an AI-powered calling system that automatically books video-appraisal appointments, and a custom e-signature system that replaced their third-party Nintex workflow tool for signing purchase agreements.
